Our Staff Members The staff at Beartown Road Alliance Church would love to serve you in any way that we can. If you have any questions, these are the people with the answers.

Rev. Daniel Richter  (Sr. Pastor)  Dan has been the Senior Pastor at BRAC since October of 2005. He is a graduate of Nyack College and served for 6 years in Youth Ministry at an Alliance Church in Ohio. He is passionate about seeing God's Kingdom built here in Painted Post and across the world. He is married to a beautiful woman, Erin. They have two adorable kids, Ethan and Catherine. He is an avid sports fan and might be the only Cleveland Browns fan in New York State.

Pastor Justin Sweeney  (Associate Pastor)  Justin has been at Beartown Road since 2008. He served as a Youth Pastor for 6 years at a church in South Portland, Maine. Justin has a beautiful wife Katie and has been blessed with two wonderful kids named Molly (age 6) and Carter (age 4). He loves spending time with his family.

Cathlyn Cole  (Director of Ministries)  Cathlyn Cole has numerous credentials and accomplishments. We will be updating this section shortly to detail them.

Dave Lineman  (Elder) Dave has served as an elder for many years. He has also held many other positions in the church including teacher, treasurer, handyman, and gym builder. He is married to Marsha and has two grown children. One is married and one is engaged to an Ohioan. In his spare time he writes poetry and is a master Play-Dough sculptor.

Woody Swan  (Elder) Woody has faithfully served this ministry as an elder for many years. He has taught Sunday School for both adults and teens. He is married to a woman who is way out of his league and has three great kids. Woody is an avid NASCAR fan and can often be found tearing through the backstreets on his homemade Dale Earnhart Jr. Go-Cart.

Adam Karschner  (Elder) Adam Karschner has numerous credentials and accomplishments. We will be updating this section shortly to detail them.

Gary Brion  (Elder) Gary Brion has numerous credentials and accomplishments. We will be updating this section shortly to detail them.

Todd Cook  (Elder) Todd Cook has numerous credentials and accomplishments. We will be updating this section shortly to detail them.

David McCorvey  (Elder) David McCorvey has numerous credentials and accomplishments. We will be updating this section shortly to detail them.

Anita Keyes  (Custodian) Anita has joined the staff and is doing a wonderful job of keeping the church in top shape.
